Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do! Shipping in the UK is currently free. We charge £20 to ship to Europe and £30 to ship to Australia, USA and the rest of the world.

When should I expect my order?

Orders from the online store: typically within 2 weeks.

Commissioned Art/ Portraits: within 4-6 weeks (depending on the size or unless specified otherwise).

How will my art be packaged and will it be safe in the mail?

All art will be packaged using a variety of different bubble wraps and paper before being safely secured in its box for shipping.

For A3 framed pencil portraits and paintings gift wrap is also applied before packaging.

Your order will be shipped recorded delivery so it arrives to you safely.

If I’m ordering a portrait what photos should I send?

The final result of your drawing is dependent on good quality photographs being supplied.

Photographs need to be clear (head and shoulders) and taken in natural lighting. High-resolution digital images should be emailed to me. Portrait mode on an iPhone is perfect for this, as long as the image is good quality, clear and high resolution.

Things to avoid… dark or poor lighting, filters, crowded photos and blurry photos.

If I’m ordering a family portrait do I need a photograph where everyone is together?

No! I would recommend sending a clear, head and shoulders, high-resolution photo of each individual family member. I can then arrange each individual into an interesting composition, to make a family portrait. I recommend sending three photos of each person to my email when placing your order.

Will my portrait appear on your website?

I aim to display my work on my website, Instagram and Facebook, however if you’d prefer that your final drawing isn’t shown please do let me know and I’ll respect your wishes.
